Pala said that they came to Aliağa with their disabled friends from İzmir using İZBAN, they came across to the elevator after landing at the station, they encountered a defective post, and with the help of their officers there, they learned that they had landed in a wheelchair from the upright walking escalator and that the elevator had been defective for 4 days.

We've given it to many authorities several times. We have conveyed to Izmir Metropolitan Municipality. We told that the elevators were malfunctioning and the escalators were not stair-shaped but a straight ramp. If this happens, we can proceed with our wheelchairs when the elevator fails. Since it is a ladder type, it is impossible for our wheelchairs to pass. Let someone embrace us and take us on their backs or wait for the malfunction to be remedied by waiting there. We want the defective elevators to be built as soon as possible. ”
