Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality is continuing its efforts to provide 7 storey car park to one of the busiest streets of Gebze. Teams shed the deck of the last floor, construction work continues feverishly. The construction of the car park on Gebze Kızılay Street will have a total area of 14 thousand 890 square meters. The final version of the parking lot to citizens, 'Our car park will be finished in a very short time' said.
FIRST 4 FLOOR ELECTRIC AND PLASTER WORKS COMPLETED
If there is a traffic problem in Kocaeli and interested in the Metropolitan Municipality who makes the necessary work, the problem continues to solve these problems by parking the areas. Within this scope, the installation of electrical pans has started in the 7 multi-storey car park, which is under construction in Gebze district center. Plaster manufacturing of curtains and columns was also started and the final deck mold of the structure was also established. Iron fittings were assembled in the parts where the deck formwork was completed. The teams completed the installation of the electric pan on the first 4 floor and also finished the plaster works of the parking lot of the same floors.
CAR PARK AT 497 CAR CAPACITY
3 basement floor, ground floor and 3 normal floor will be located in total 7 car park. The structure will be built in 497 vehicle capacity. In addition, thanks to the sensors in the parking lots, it is possible to see the spaces in the car park entrance.
THE FLOORS WILL BE TAKEN TO ELEVATOR
7 / 24 camera and security system can be controlled in the parking lot, with the 630 and 800 kg capacity will be folded by two elevators. There will also be a new generation of LED lighting in the car park, fire detector system, fire alarm system, lightning protection system (lightning arrester) and equipment such as generator system to be used in power outages.
