Anadolu Group in Turkey operating in KIA, offers benefits to customers prepared within the scope of the loyalty program. KIA owners who are members of the KIAFAN Premium Loyalty Program at no cost receive a discount of up to 30.
Members of KIAFAN Premium Loyalty Program benefit from different discount rates according to vehicle age. The program includes KIA; 3 percent of the 5-year-old vehicle, 4 percent of the 10-year-old vehicle, 5 percent of the 15-year-old vehicle and 6 percent of the vehicle offers 20 discount rates.
Discount increases as you collect points
Those who are members of KIAFAN Premium Loyalty Program can accumulate their expenses in KIA authorized services as points in their membership account. Each 1 TL spend is credited to the member's account as 1 Points, which provide additional discount benefits. A member who reaches 3 thousand points earns an additional 2 discount while a member who reaches 6 thousand points earns 4, a percentage of members who reach 9 thousand points and a percentage that reaches 6 and 15 thousand points. For example; If a member of the 10 year old KIA vehicle has 6 thousand points in the KIAFAN Premium Loyalty Program membership, KIA benefits from a 15 percent discount at its authorized services.
Old expenses are included in the program
25 As part of the KIAFAN Premium Loyalty Program, launched in May, customers' spending on KIA authorized services since January 2014 is given to them as points, ie discounts. In other words, new KIA users who have recently joined the loyalty program have earned the points they deserve from spending on KIA authorized services in the past.
