We allowed the passengers with a disability rate of 40 percent and above to travel free of charge only with him, and the severely disabled passengers with a disability rate of 50 percent and above, with himself and his companion free of charge. Keyboard for the visually impaired
Turhan reminded that PTT also put keypads for the visually impaired in the keyboards of PTTmatiks, “Again, for our visually impaired citizens, we wrote the unit name in Braille alphabet on some PTTmatik's deposit, withdrawal and receipt units. We made some PTTmatics suitable for the use of our orthopedically disabled siblings. Minister Turhan stated that Boyacı burned one of the awareness torches, which he wanted to become widespread with his success worldwide, with his own effort.

After the speeches, Minister Turhan presented a plaque to the names contributing to the project. In this context, the swimming champion Sümeyye Boyacı was awarded a plaque to the members of Aşk Olsun Music Group and the ballet Mehmet Sefa Öztürk with disabilities and the members of Aşk Olsun Music Group, who are known as musicians without obstacles.
