The Regulation on the Amendment of the Railway Safety Critical Duties Regulation was published in the Official Gazette dated June 20 and numbered 2019.

From the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure:

REGULATION ON CHANGES IN RAILWAY SAFETY CRITICAL TASKS REGULATION

ARTICLE 1 - 31 / 12 / 2016 dated and published in the Official Gazette No. 29935 Railway Safety Critical Duties Regulation Annex-2 itiraz objection to psychotechnical assessment reports kısım section is changed as follows.

Itiraz Objection to psychotechnical assessment reports

Personnel working in safety-critical tasks, which are inadequate as a result of the psychotechnical assessment, are sent to the psychotechnical assessment for a second assessment at least 30 days after the date of the psychotechnical assessment by the railway infrastructure or train operator in which they work, if they object to the conclusion of the report. In case of insufficient assessment, the personnel working in safety-critical tasks are given six months. In case of insufficient psychotechnical evaluation after six months, a second period of six months is given. At the end of the second six months, the same safety critical duty is not given to the safety critical duty personnel who are insufficient as a result of the psychotechnical evaluation. Those whose psychotechnical assessment results are considered inadequate during these periods cannot be employed in the same safety-critical tasks. ”

ARTICLE 2 - This Regulation, prepared jointly by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and the Ministry of Health, shall enter into force on the date of publication.

ARTICLE 3 - The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure.
