Manisa Metropolitan Municipality, '' First Pedestrian '' project initiated by the Ministry of Interior in the 81 province for the priority of pedestrian safety.
The teams affiliated to the Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Department drew attention to pedestrian safety by drawing the pedestrian crossing lines and 'First Pedestrian' images on the streets in the city center where vehicles and pedestrian traffic are intense. The teams made the renewal of the lines together with the images of 'Pedestrian First' so that the drivers can see them in front of the pedestrian crossings. Within the scope of the project, where pedestrian safety was prioritized, with the writing and painting work, where attention was paid to the pedestrian crossings of the drivers, it was aimed to slow down the pedestrian safety and ensure pedestrian safety. It is reported that the studies will continue in Akhisar district center.
