Kordsa made two presentations at the event as the main sponsor of the International Polymer Processing Society Conference, one of the most important organizations in the field of polymer processing, which was held this year at the 35. The presentations, in which Kordsa presented two innovative technologies, were followed with interest by the participants.
The International Polymer Processing Society Conference, which holds the pulse of the polymer industry, was held this year in 26-30 May 2019 in Çeşme, İzmir. Kordsa was the main sponsor of the International PPS Meeting held at 35. The conference was attended by prominent scientists, engineers and designers from many universities and industrial companies in the field of polymer.
Within the scope of the conference, which was sponsored by Kordsa, Kordsa shared the works carried out in R & D centers of tire strengthening and composite technologies.
With the presentation titled Deney Experimental Determination of Convection Heat Transfer Coefficients in Yarn Production Line K, the study that Kordsa could use in the cooling process modeling of the yarn production line and its own heat transfer correlations were transferred.
Another presentation was yeni New Hybrid Additives for Thermoplastic Blends: Growth of Carbon Nanofiber on Graphene by Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) ğı where information on thermoplastic prepregs developed by Kordsa was conveyed.
