Mayor of the Metropolitan Municipality of Kocaeli in May with the proposal of the AK Party group of municipal buses, tram and sea transport will be free after national and religious holidays.
AK Party group in the May Assembly of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Council made a proposal for free transportation during the holidays. In addition to this proposal, the CHP Group offered an additional proposal for the free transportation of students on 19 May. The proposal of the AK Party group was accepted at the parliamentary meeting of the Metropolitan Municipality in May with the majority of the votes, which will be free of buses, trams and sea transportation on national and religious holidays.
