The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Labor, Transport and Communications Isack Kamwelwe, TRC Infrastructure Director Felix Nlalio, TRC General Manager Masanja Kadogosa, TRC Project Manager Machibya Masanja, Korail JV Project Deputy Director Chedi Masambaji, Yapı Merkezi Vice Chairman Erdem Arıoğlu, Yapı Merkezi Country Office Director Fuat Kemal Uzun, Yapı Merkezi Project Manager Abdullah Kılıç, Yapı Merkezi Project Manager Asst. Giray Fabric, Construction Center Project Manager Tamer Cömert, Yapı Merkezi Project Manager Asst. The employees of Burak Yıldırım and Yapı Merkezi participated.

TRC General Manager Masanja Kadogosa in his speech; stated that work discipline and effort in the project is impressive and satisfaction with the progress in superstructure manufacturing. Then Minister of Labor, Transport and Communications of Tanzania Isack Kamwelwe made a speech; He stated that the progress between the previous visit and the current situation is visible, the project is of great importance in line with the country's vision and will change the face of the region. After the speeches, Mr. Erdem Arıoğlu, Deputy Chairman of Yapı Merkezi, presented a plaque to the Minister of Labor, Transport and Communication of Tanzania in memory of the day. Prior to the production of Butt Welding, Tanzania Minister of Labor, Transport and Communications was informed by the employees of the construction center about the productions and the process, and with the push of the button of Tanzanian Labor, Transport and Communications Minister Isack Kamwelwe, DSM Project started to produce the first butt weld.

After the ceremony, Soga Camp VIP Hall after the project progress film screenings and lunch were served, the visit ended.
