The renovation of the Erzurum Airport track was initiated. Within the scope of the studies, conversion of 08L runway head to CAT III standards will be completed.
The project, which covers 4 cm excavation of the concrete coating and 19 cm asphalt coating instead of concrete breaks and surface peels on the existing runway, will cost 24.745.000,00 TL. It has been reported that all necessary precautions have been taken to prevent the work planned to be completed on 09.02.2020 from adversely affecting air traffic.
