Çorlu 2nd Criminal Judge of Peace rejected the objection, stating that the decision about politicians, bureaucrats and TCDD's senior management was made in accordance with the evidence.
In the investigation initiated by the Çorlu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for the train disaster in which 8 people lost their lives on July 25 last year in Çorlu district of Tekirdağ, it was decided that there was no need to prosecute politicians, bureaucrats and people who took part in the top management of TCDD.

Corlu 2. The Criminal Court of Peace dismissed an appeal by a complainant to the prosecution's decision. The Criminal Judge, who stated that there was no room for prosecution, gave the following statements in his decision:
I It was understood that there was no shortcomings in the decision of the objection that there was no place to prosecute and that there was no deficiency which necessitated the extension of the investigation.
The judge decided to return the investigation file and documents to the Çorlu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the decision to be notified by Çorlu CBS to the appellant, and to be final after the examination of the file.

Politicians, bureaucrats and TCDD on behalf of 25 victims and complainants in the train accident that took place in July last year in Çorlu, in which 340 people died and 370 people were injured, on the grounds that the Çorlu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office 'caused death and injury by negligence' The investigation initiated by the senior management of the company was completed.
