Infrastructure and Transport Minister Mehmet Cahit TURHAN, General Director of Highways Abdulkadir URALOĞLU and their delegation received information from the authorities by examining the construction works on Trabzon Kanuni Boulevard on site.
The tunnel section between the Yıldız Junction on the Black Sea Coastal Road and Halit Kobya Junction and the stadium connection road are 8,71 km. The divided road with a length of 2 × 3 lanes was completed and opened to traffic. The works of the project, where the expropriation processes are completed by 80%, are continuing rapidly.
Trabzon City Crossing Kanuni Boulevard and Akyazı and Coast Connection Roads project, which is included in the investment program, starts at the Star intersection on the Black Sea Coast Road and starts in Akyazı, Beşirli, Karşıyaka, Aydınlıkevler, Toklu, Erdoğdu, Bahçecik, Yenicuma, Çömlekçi, Boztepe, Çukurçayır, Gölçayır passing through the Trabzon-Gumushane State Highway ends in the area of Gozalan.
