Nazilli Railway Underpass was the Hand of Artist

The art teacher Mehmet Akkaya decorated the railway underpasses in Nazilli with the painting.

With the support of Aydın Metropolitan Municipality, teacher Mehmet Akkaya, who transformed the underpasses that cause visual pollution in the district of Efeler into art paintings by painting by famous artists, took his hand at Nazilli. Paintings designed by Akkaya were placed on the east and west façades of the railway underpass on Nazilli's Hürriyet Boulevard. Citizens using the underpass were amazed by the work where the flowers were put. Expressing that they are bringing the art to the streets, art teacher Mehmet Akkaya said, “The Nazilli Hürriyet Boulevard railway underpass was installed on the west and east sides. With the project of Aydın Metropolitan Municipality, we brought another beauty to Nazilli. Good luck. Art moved to the streets. "We continue to add beauty to Aydın with the facilities provided by Aydın Metropolitan Municipality."
