The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Kadıköy Fikirtepe is continuing the construction of the viaduct at Uzunçayır Junction in order to ease the traffic in the urban transformation region.
70 percent of the viaduct's feet have been completed. 28 was started in February to assemble steel beams to viaducts.
Due to ongoing work; 100 will be closed to traffic between 15 ~ 6: 2019 (Saturday night).
Drivers must use the Göztepe Junction between 23.30 and 06.00 at night and Saturday night instead of Uzunçayır Junction.
THE LARGEST STAFF OF ISTANBUL IS BUILDING IN FİKİRTEPE
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality is building the biggest floor junction of Istanbul with 874 meters in order to facilitate transportation and traffic order in Fikirtepe Urban Transformation Area.
The project is creating a different route to 7, including the 18 Main Road. Within the scope of intersection work; 1 pieces Viaduct and 3 pieces Viaduct Handle, 2 pieces U Return Bridge, 1 pieces Road Underpass, 2 pcs Highway Bridge, 3 pieces River Bridge, 1 pieces Pedestrian Overpass, 8 bin 718 meters (about 9 kilometers) New Highway is being built.
Scope of work; 8 thousand 718 meters (about 9 kilometers) are being made new highway. Istanbul residents living in Fikirtepe will be able to connect directly to all points from where they live.
