The 41st Station of IZBAN Belevi is Ready for Service: The 41st station of IZBAN, Belevi, which is one of the most important rings of the city rail system in Izmir, is ready to enter service. Izmir Metropolitan Mayor Aziz Kocaoğlu examined the station completed under the Selçuk program.

A new station was added to the 136 km İZBAN line, which was brought to the city with the cooperation of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality and TCDD. Following the opening of the 26 km section between Tepeköy and Selçuk, the construction of the Belevi Station started between the Health and Selçuk stations upon the intense demand from the citizens in the region. Metropolitan Mayor Aziz Kocaoğlu examined the 41st station of İZBAN, which was completed and made ready for service, and received information from the authorities. It is stated that the station will be put into service after the transfer to İZBAN.

Next is Bergama Station

Expressing that the Izmir Suburban System was extended to Selçuk after Tepekoy, Mayor Aziz Kocaoğlu stated that the Metropolitan Municipality has constructed the Health Station, Selçuk Station, 3 highway overpasses and 4 highway culverts. After the opening of the Selçuk line, we proceeded to the construction phase of Belevi Station. While the expeditions continued, on the other hand, to continue the construction of the station required a very careful work. After all, we have completed this, I wish Selcuk and Belevi to be beneficial. In the next period, we will focus on working to extend our line further 52 km to Bergama in the north. ”
