While digitalization is gaining importance every day, concepts such as e-commerce and online shopping continue to transform not only consumption patterns but also forms of business. In parallel with the rapidly increasing acceleration in the world of electronic commerce, which eliminates geographic boundaries, the volume of e-commerce in Turkey is increasing over the years. However, this increase has not reached the desired levels in terms of international competition, and especially e-export firms continue to encounter some obstacles.
