Uskudar Cekmekoy Line 20 km long, is the second metro line on the Asian side of Turkey's is the first driverless metro line. The line starts at Üsküdar Square, passes through Ümraniye district center and ends at Çekmeköy Square.
The line, which has 180.000 (Average) passenger potential on the route it was built, is planned to be extended to Sultanbeyli and Kurtköy regions with the works carried out within the framework of the future vision of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality rail systems.
STATION STRUCTURES
Tunnels of the line were excavated by TBM and NATM method. All of the stations were built underground. The station length is 140 meters (150 meters at Üsküdar Station) and is suitable for 6 train operation. All of the stations have special entrance turnstiles and elevators to provide disabled access and escalators for other passengers. The access to the concave floor (turnstile) from the entrance area at the Kısıklı station is only provided by elevators, and the platform floor is accessible by both elevator and escalators. Since the system UTO is operated without a fully automatic driver, all platforms have PAKS (Panel Separator Door System).

STATIONS
Üsküdar Çekmeköy Line, which has 16 stations, operates between 06.00 - 24.00 and the voyage time is approximately 32 minutes (One-way), and the frequency is 8 minutes.
