We are an organization that grows more, develops more and gets bigger projects and investments every year. Our successes, which have made DHMI a global business, witness large projects and figures.
2016 was a year when the aviation industry was in crisis. However, at that time, Turkey has served 74 million passengers in general. In 2017, this number increased to 184 thousand. In 2018, 8.8 million passengers were served, with an increase of 210 percent. The number of aircraft that use our airspace, landing and landing at our airports has exceeded 2 million.
We are an enterprise, but we also started to undertake very serious investments especially in the last 17 year, we have signed big projects and investments.
Today we are proud that we started to be counted among the largest investor organizations in Turkey. The most important factor that crowned us was our investments.
ISTANBUL AIRPORT: AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A VICTORY
Istanbul Airport, which is a monument of victory, was an incredibly large and incredibly difficult project with its project direction, technical aspect and financing aspect. The investment amount of the project, which will be completed in four stages, is 10 billion 347 million Euros. The rental amount is 22 billion 152 million Euros. Istanbul Airport is such a huge project. The first stage was completed in a record time of just 42 months. This suggests that we have achieved a success without a second example in the world.
Of course, our investments are not only investing in PPP, but also investing heavily in infrastructure and ironworks with our own resources.

Besides Turkey Our company manages approximately 1 million square kilometers of airspace navigation systems and the purchase of equipment, installation, maintenance and conducting the repair work.
In addition, 17 makes a significant contribution to the economy, providing employment for a thousand people, making such important investments and fulfilling its business activities in the best way.
