Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Public Transport Department continues to expand the scope of services offered to citizens. Last but not least, the Metropolitan Municipality, which has launched the 'Mobile Office' project, aims to quickly find solutions to the increasing Urban Card and SME demands and to provide on-site service. Within the scope of the project, these requests will be provided in the form of a closed Mobile Office caravan.
STUDENT CARD DENSITY WILL Decrease
The caravan, which will provide immediate access to the regions where the demands are concentrated, will also provide services to accelerate and increase the satisfaction of the citizens. In particular, the intensity of the student card experienced in the time that the school starts education will be reduced.
KOBİS CARD SERVICE WILL BE GIVEN
3 is the number of KOBIS stations spread all over Kocaeli despite the intense interest and satisfaction of the citizens. 2019 units will be operational in 70 by the completion of the stage project. For this purpose, a service desk was prepared for KOBİS card transactions in the Mobile Office caravan. The Mobile Office caravan will serve in the coastal areas during the summer months and will provide instant service to the places needed in Kocaeli.
MOBILE OFFICE CARAVAN WILL BRING ROADS
Developed tırıl Mobile Office illi project for the 500 x 220 x 200cm dimensions of a single-axle caravan built. The built-in caravan includes led lighting, 2 pcs service desk, seating group, internet connection and air conditioning. The caravan made by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality will also have computers, printers and card printing machines for travel cards and KOBIS units.
