Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Bus Terminal, which came into service in March 2014, has reached 60 million passengers so far. President Osman Zolan stated that they built modern bus stations in Sarayköy, Honaz, Çal and Çameli districts besides the center.

Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Bus Terminal, the number of passengers in the city and between cities has reached 5 million people in a period of nearly 60 years. The terminal, which was welcomed by everyone with its magnificent structure and comfort, has fully met the need for both urban and intercity transportation since March 2014. In this context, between March 2014 and December 2018, the number of intercity entry-exit vehicles to the Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Bus Terminal exceeded 2 million 800 thousand, and served approximately 5 million passengers in the period of nearly 40 years.

In-city capacity 20 million

When the number of passengers in the vehicles serving in Denizli between the same dates is analyzed, it is noted that the number of in-city incoming and outgoing vehicles is 1 million 900 thousand and the number of passengers in total reaches 20 million people. It is stated that the Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Bus Terminal, which increases its passenger capacity day by day, has reached approximately 60 million people between intercity and inner city since the day it was put into service.

“We made our way to the sea“

Denizli Mayor Osman Zola, in 2014, Turkey's most modern bus terminal reminded that they bring to Denizli. Emphasizing that the previous terminal did not suit Denizli, President Osman Zolan said, “Our terminal, where our people took the first step to this city, should also be suitable for our sea. We did what suits our sea and brought this gigantic work to our city. We have made bus stations not only to our city center but also to Sarayköy, Honaz, Çal and Çameli districts. I hope we will continue to do whatever is needed and to add beauty to our Deniz ”.
