In accordance with the said penalties, collections made before the date of entry into force of this article will be rejected and returned to the date of 28.02.2019 until the date of 29.03.2019. X and this article will enter into force on 01.01.2019.
Also; The vehicles that were allowed to pass on the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and the 15 July Martyrs' Bridge were revised with the new UKOME decision. According to the current UKOME decision;
- All 1. Class vehicles will be able to use Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and the 15 July Martyrs Bridge.
-2. Class vehicles, vehicles and cars in the license of the vehicle will only use Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge. The ban on these vehicles to use the 15 July Martyrs Bridge continues.

Class, and trucks, buses (all passenger service vehicles, Public Transport Vehicles, Tourism, School, IETT and Private Public Bus, Bus Inc., Taxi dolmuş, caravan, etc.) Truck and Towing vehicles to the vehicles Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and the 15 prohibitions on July Martyrs' Bridge continue. These vehicles have to use the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge.
