Salih Ayhan, the governor of Sivas, visited the wounded people as a result of the collision of the passenger train with the freight train.
Governor Ayhan visited the victims who were injured from various parts of the incident and were treated at Sivas Numune Hospital and Cumhuriyet University Practice and Research Hospital and received information from doctors.
After the visit, Ayhan conveyed his wishes to get injured in the accident.
Stating that 14 out of 2 injured were treated outpatient, Ayhan said, “12 of our injured are under observation in hospitals now. We visited our halves one by one. Our injured are not life threatening. The event was brought under control in a short time with the rapid intervention of the police, gendarmerie and health teams. Fog and signalization systems will be revised. Get well past our injured. I would also like to thank the Sivas Numune Hospital and Cumhuriyet University Practice and Research Hospital emergency staff. It is gratifying to survive the accident without any loss of life. Necessary measures and lessons should also be taken. ” said.
