Samsun Metropolitan Municipality SAMULAŞ A.Ş. signed a collective bargaining agreement with Türk-İş. Mayor of Samsun Metropolitan Municipality and also Samulaş A.Ş. Sahin, Chairman of the Board, "We always stand by the worker," he said.
The signing ceremony took place at the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Şehit Ömer Halis Demir Multi-Purpose Hall, Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Zihni Şahin, Türk-İş Chairman Ergün Atalay, Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Secretary General Coşkun Öncel, Deputy Secretary General Sefer Arlı, Deputy Secretary General Fikret Vatansever, Samulaş Board Member Kadir Gürkan, Samsun Metropolitan Municipality bureaucrats and administrators, Rail-Work Sivas Branch President Murat Kutuk, Samulaş with the participation of managers and staff took place.
2018 Mayor of Samsun Metropolitan Municipality SAMULAŞ A. Ş. held a meeting with 5 in the collective bargaining agreement. Finally, in October, the Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Zihni Sahin attended the meeting and agreed on the total 23 clause.
After the completed negotiations, SAMULAŞ A.Ş. 1 of the Railway-Work Union. Term Collective Bargaining Agreement was signed. Speaking specifically about the meaning and importance of the day, Gülnur Durtaş stated that today is an important day to be written in golden letters and he thanked all the people who contributed to Mayor Zihni Şahin as the name of all workers.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, President Zihni Şahin said that they would always be with the workers and defend their rights to the end.

Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Zihni Şahin said, “Our country has gone through great troubles. If it were not our state, neither the union, the municipality nor SAMULAŞ would have any meaning. First of all, the state must be strong and we have to keep the state alive. Mutual strength of the state will enable our nation to be strong. If our municipality was not strong, it was not possible for you to get these rights. Therefore, you will be strong in SAMULAŞ in the Municipality. Just as we fulfill our responsibilities, our employees will always fulfill their responsibilities. Because neither we nor the unions stand with workers who do not do their job. First of all, we will be just and everyone will earn from their halal by deserving the money they bring to their home and family. You will fulfill your responsibility, and we will always be with you. I wish the collective agreement we signed for our Samulaş employees today will be beneficial for everyone ”.

Türk-İş President Ergün Atalay, who started his speech with thanks to the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality, said, “I just met our Metropolitan Mayor Zihni Şahin and his teammates. They welcomed us very well during this process. Our meetings were very positive. When we looked at the agreement later, we were very happy to see a price higher than the hike we agreed. We would like to thank Samsun Metropolitan Municipality for defending the rights of our workers and acting fairly ”.
