Mayor Ertuğrul Çalışkan has listed some of the investments and projects realized in the ”Transportation area Belediye since the day he took office:
• The capacity of public transport has been increased to 3 and the number of buses has increased to 33.
• Industrial Bridge Interchange, Larende Underpass, Doğukışla Bridge Interchange, Zembilli Bridge, Macro Overpass and Rainbow Overpass were put into service.
• Alparslan Türkeş Boulevard, Yunus Emre Street, İmaret Street, Molla Fenari Street, 2. Station Street,
Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey Street and Hospital Street were reorganized.
• 45 in the neighborhood; 450 thousand tons of hot asphalt, 1 Million 100 thousand m² of cold asphalt and 2 Million m² of pavement work was done.
• Asphalt Production Plant was commissioned to produce our own asphalt.
• Hospital pedestrian underpass and Siyahser pedestrian overpass was put into service.
