Northern Marmara Motorway Project Urgent Expropriation Decision Published

For the Northern Marmara Motorway, the General Directorate of Highways announced the expropriation decision with the number of official newspapers.

The decision on the urgent expropriation of some immovable properties by the General Directorate of Highways within the scope of the North Marmara Motorway (including 3. Bosphorus Bridge) Project (Number of Decisions: 188) was published.

17 October 2018 dated and published in the Official Gazette No. 30568 announced the acalee expropriation decision for the Northern Marmara Motorway was officially in force.

Northern Marmara Motorway Urgent Expropriation Costs

Within the Official Gazette published, “Within the scope of the North Marmara Motorway (Including the 3rd Bosphorus Bridge) Project, the rush expropriation of the immovables whose route, location and island / parcel numbers are shown in the list, has been decided in accordance with Article 2942 of the Expropriation Law No. 27” expressions were included.

However, no explanation was given for the expropriation costs of the Northern Marmara Motorway. Many of the immovable property located on the Kurtköy Akyazı motorway was in a hasty expropriation decision. It was also decided to expedite expedition for Kınalı Odayeri connection road.
