The fourth semester of FIATA Diploma Education, organized by the International Transport and Logistics Service Providers Association (UTİKAD) with the support of Istanbul Technical University Continuing Education Center (ITUEMEM), started on Saturday, October 6 at ITU Campus.
Opening to the opening of the training program; In addition to the FIATA Diploma Training participants, UTIKAD Chairman Emre Eldener, UTIADAD General Manager Cavit Ugur and FIATA Diploma Training Program trainers attended.
The logistics of the largest non-governmental organization, the International Transportation Organizers Association worldwide Federation (FIATA) training program for professional officers sector in companies producing logistics service, coverage and is the first of its kind in Turkey with the trainers. Turkey's deep-rooted universities of Istanbul Technical University at the opening of FIATA Diploma in Education program organized with the support of the Center for Continuing Education UTIKAD Chairman Emre Eldener, made a speech addressed to the participants.

Based on the experience we have gained from previous years, I can say that; FIATA Diploma Training is the best education you can get in the sector. "Starting with the more than 30 participants in the fourth year of the training enables us to see the increasing interest in the program and makes us hope for our sector."
After Eldener, Alperen Güler from UTİKAD Executive Board made a presentation informing the participants about the general outlines of the training. FIATA Diploma Education Coordinator who shares information about the program and the university with the participants, ITU Faculty of Business Instructor Assoc. After the opening ceremony, FIATA Diploma Training participants took the first lesson with Arif Davran, a veteran of the logistics industry. In the new academic year of FIATA Diploma Education, courses will be held between 6 October 2018 - 22 June 2019 at ITU Faculty of Business in Maçka. Lessons to be held only on Saturdays will be 8 hours a day.
In the FIATA Diploma Training organized for the fourth time this year, all aspects of logistics, from customs clearance to storage, from fair transportation to insurance, as well as from customs clearance to storage, from fair transportation to insurance, will be transferred to the participants. In the trainings, which will take 36 weeks in total, 11 different trainers and 7 academicians experienced in the sector will take part. Participants who successfully complete the training will be entitled to receive the FIATA Diploma and FIATA Air Cargo Certificate, valid in 150 countries, as well as the Logistics Expertise Certificate issued by Istanbul Technical University.
