NİŞANTAŞI University became the first customer of the 'National Air Traffic Control Simulator (AtcTRsim)' developed in cooperation with the State Airports Authority (DHMİ) and TÜBİTAK.
The simulator was purchased by Nişantaşı University shortly after the "atcTRsim Production and Sales Rights License Agreement" was signed between DHMİ & TÜBİTAK & HAVELSAN in September 2018.
Thus, domestic sales of our first national product in this field have been realized. Negotiations with Qatar, Kuwait and other interested countries continue for overseas sales.
AtcTRsim Simulator, which was established in 2014, was founded at Esenboğa Airport Aviation Academy in 2017, and at İstanbul Atatürk Airport Technical Block in 2018, is used in basic and advanced trainings of Air Traffic Controllers.
In order to ensure the introduction of the simulator, exhibitions were held as foreign and domestic exhibitions. In addition, visits were made to potential customers and efforts were made to promote the system in the sector.
After these processes, HAVELSAN A.Ş. simulator sales-marketing and installation / installation after-sales support services. In order to provide this more effective, 2018 was signed by DHMİ-TÜBİTAK-HAVELSAN in September to sign the Production and Sale Rights License Agreement.
As a result of the promotional activities that gained more momentum after the contract, the license will be paid to our organization by the university for the system purchased by Nişantaşı University of Istanbul.
In addition, the sales indicators will gain speed thanks to the reference indicators that will be formed with the spread of the atcTRsim simulator. Similar models are planned to be completed for other R & D products that are either completed or under development.
