Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality continues construction and renovation works throughout the city. Within the scope of the studies carried out by the Department of Transportation, alternative transportation routes are created in the necessary places of the city. As a continuation of Hürler Street (Ortail Yolu), which connects Kullar and Yuvacık, a new way to reach the Faculty of Dentistry Hospital and region was established.
THREE 200 METER PATH
It is preferred by citizens due to the fact that the route to the Faculty of Dentistry and Yuvacık is short. Bin 200 meter-long road was created as a descent of two exits. One side of the 8 meter-wide street was the 4 and a half-meter wide bike and a walkway, the other side was 2 and a half meter in the shape of a bicycle and a walkway.
ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION TO YUVACIK
Approximately 3 thousand 500 tons of hot asphalt was laid on the road. On the road floor, about 4 thousand 830 tons of asphalt material was poured. There is also a culvert on the road leading through the valley. Hürler Street (Ortail Yolu), which was commissioned and put into service, is used as an alternative way to reach Yuvacık.
