“ARTICLE 1 - The second paragraph of Article 31 of the Railway Training and Examination Center Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 12/2016/29935 and numbered 6 has been changed as follows.
. (2) Public legal entities are exempt from the documents specified in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d) and (d) of the first paragraph.
ARTICLE 2 - This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 3 - The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications. ” statements took place.
