Will staff be provided to subcontracted SEEs workers working on highways and PTT? Which of the SEE institutions are 2018 What is the last situation in the transition to the SEE staff?
Upon completion of the contracting staff arrangement of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the question of when to recruit KIA workers is asked. As it is known, after the completion of legal arrangements, applications are expected to be started soon. In the arrangement completed in April, the subcontracted workers moved to a staff of 900 thousand workers. There are currently around 70 thousand workers in the State Economic Enterprises. PTT and subcontractors working on highways ask their team to access the KIT arrangement if they can.
With the Decree No. 696, administrations within the scope of the General budget, regulatory and supervisory institutions, organizations with special budgets and workers working in SGK were included. In new procurements, this time, purchases will be made for SEE workers and a transition will be made to the staff according to the application conditions found in the previous Decree regulations. Accordingly, the process will be completed until 31 December 20185. Applications have not started yet. Candidates will need to have worked for 4 years without interruption as of December 2017, 2. Subcontract workers working in PTT will benefit from the arrangement. The General Directorate of Post and Telegraph Organization is among the SEE institutions. In addition, it is asked whether subcontracted workers working on highways will get staff. General Directorate of Highways is among the administrations with special budgets.
