Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality facilitates the lives and transportation of the citizens living in the districts. The district of Çayırova, Yeni Mahalle and Tuzla Şifa Neighborhood will be connected with the bridge to be constructed on the TEM connection road. The bridge, which will cost 12 million 712 thousand TL, is aimed to make transportation between Çayırova and Tuzla more comfortable, safe and fluent.
BRIDGE TO THE TEM CONNECTION ROAD
The new neighborhood and Şifa neighborhood are connected to each other via the bridge which is connected to the TEM entrance from the D-100. Within the scope of the project, 23 thousand 350 cubic meters excavation, 11 thousand 725 tons of hot asphalt will be laid. 650 thousand 4 cubic meters of concrete 615 tons ribbed reinforcement steel, 675 pieces bored pile manufacturing, 70 tons prefabricated beam production, 400 meter length culvert, 25 meter drenflex pipe, 475 bin 2 meter rainwater and sewerage manufacturing work to be done.
90 METER LENGTH ON BRIDGE
The bridge to be built on the TEM connection road will have 4 spans and a length of 90 meters. The bridge, which will still bring safer and faster crossings between Çayırova and Tuzla, will be constructed with 2 × 1 lanes. In addition, reinforced concrete and stone wall productions will be made within the scope of the project.
