The Decree Law No. 701, which includes lists of those dismissed from public office and those returned to office under the state of emergency, was published in the Official Gazette on 8 July 2018.
With the decree 701, public personnel were expelled over eighteen thousand. Among eighteen thousand, there are 2 people from TCDD and its subsidiary TÜDEMSAŞ.
More than eighteen thousand public personnel were issued with the last Decree Law issued on the official newspaper tonight. In the issuance list, one employee from TCDD and one from TÜDEMSAŞ, an affiliate, were expelled.

148 staff were returned to public service.
The ranks of 324 members from the TSK, 1167 from the General Directorate of Security and 35 from the gendarmerie were taken with the decree 701.
