Robots Compete by Coding in Erzurum

Young geniuses competed in the 1st Intermediate Secondary Robotic Coding and Project Competition organized by Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality. The robots designed by the inventors attracted great attention in the 1st Robotic Coding and Project Competition "Dadaş Coding", organized by Enerji A.Ş.

The contest which was organized jointly by Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality and Provincial Directorate of National Education was held at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Exhibition Center. 10 students and a large number of teachers from the 160 secondary school of Erzurum participated in the competition. The robots designed by the students in the competition organized by Enerji A.Ş were asked to complete the designated course within a period of one minute. Students entered a rudimentary race to complete the tracks. With the support of their teachers, the students who coded their robots for the competition experienced great joy when they completed the course.

Following the contest, Mayor Mehmet Sekmen gave the good news that they will open information schools to Erzurum this year. Aç We organized a robotics competition in the field of coding as the most important technological development of our day in terms of preparing our young people for the future. We also added our schools to this contest by giving naming dads. We will reward the first, second and third schools in this competition. As a municipality, we show how much we attach importance to science, development, and modernity. This year we will open summer and winter knowledge schools. We are in an effort to do this competition in Erzurum with our secondary schools. Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality and the National Education Directorate were pleased to organize such a competition together. We now have 10 students from our 14 school in the 10 160 age group. Our students have designed a robot that acts autonomously and performs tasks. With these robots, they are trying to complete the course at the competition table. All of our student friends are doing very successful jobs for them to continue their success, "he said.

The excitement experienced by the students and the teachers in the competition was worth seeing.
