Customs and Trade Minister Bülent Tüfenkci attended the s Local Media Meetings Medya meeting organized by the General Directorate of Press and Information and met with the journalists working in Malatya and Elazığ. BYEGM Diyarbakır Regional Director Fikret Dişlioğlu and his accompanying interpreter, Taha Tanrıkulu and Tuncay Bulut, Governorate Press Director İbrahim Halil Kılıç, media employees in Malatya and Elazığ attended the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, Minister Tüfenkci, “Malatya was the decision of the Council of Ministers. There was something we followed. I want to herald this. Malatya RayElazig-Ray-Büs we call the work of the system continues. The decision of the Council of Ministers is about to quit. We are putting a comfortable commuter train which we call Ray-Büs between Elazığ and Malatya. We will provide economic and fast passenger transportation between the two cities.
There was something I personally followed. We are bringing the fast train to Malatya. The project is finished. 2018 will be auctioned at the end. But we said Elazığ to stay out of this and we made the tender for the Elazığ Diyarbakır Project. When it is finished, we will have gained a high speed train to Diyarbakır.
An accelerated train project between Malatya and Iskenderun is being studied. When it is finished, the goods produced in Elazığ OIZ will be transferred to ports by means of an accelerated train. You know, we're Malatya's MPs. As a minister of the AK Party government, I would like to say that we kept all the promises we made when we went to the elections in 2015. We fulfilled all of them one by one. ”
