The new process of the tender, which was opened by the Privatization Administration for the transfer of the buildings and the land of the Wagon Repair Factory to Kızılay by the sale, was not initiated except for the Red Crescent. In the new tender announcement, the Privatization Administration announced that the offers will be accepted by 21 on 17.00 May Monday.
According to the tender announcement of the Privatization Administration, the 500 parcel of 5 acres, built for the purpose of the Wagon Repair Factory and later transferred to Sümer Holding A.Ş. In the current zoning plan, the deadline for the submission of the deadlines for the industrial and storage areas was 30 April.
