3 people were injured in the accident that occurred as a result of the collision of the freight train with the car at the level crossing in the district of Kayapınar in Diyarbakır.
According to the information received, the accident occurred at the level crossing in the Nursing Homes Quarter in the evening. The 16 NHB 90 plate car, which went from Yenişehir to Bağlar and whose driver's name was not known, broke down while passing through the level crossing in the Medya neighborhood. Despite all the efforts of the driver of the freight train that came at the level crossing at that time, the train could stop meters after it collided with the car. After the accident, the medical teams, who went to the scene, made the first intervention to the injured at the scene. Later, the wounded were taken to the surrounding hospitals. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
