Izmir Metropolitan Municipality will change the traffic flow in Bornova Bus Terminal and its surroundings as of 27 May Sunday as part of the tunnel works that will connect Buca to the Bus Terminal.
Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, the ongoing construction of the Buca Tunnel in the Izmir Bus Station and the surrounding environment is changing a significant change in traffic patterns. In the giant project that will ensure uninterrupted access between Buca, Konak and Otogar, the new traffic layout to be implemented due to the construction of viaduct feet will be 6 months.
According to the new traffic order that will start from Sunday (May 27th); 4174 Street in front of the bus station will be organized as one-way and one-way and heavy vehicles will be prevented from entering.
- The vehicles that will cross the highway from Kemalpaşa Street will use 6244-6253-6240 / 5-6167-6168 streets from the newly opened service routes respectively.
- Drivers will depart from Kemalpaşa Street and use 6166-6166 / 2 streets respectively.
During this temporary arrangement, the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality established service roads to minimize the traffic.
