With the transition of the bus and private public bus system to Belvan Card in Van, many innovations have been made in transportation. In order to increase the quality of transportation, to protect and develop the standards, Van Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Fazıl Tamer and the Head of Transportation Department Kemal Mescioğlu went to the private public bus control point. Tamer, who met with bus drivers, said that drivers should be more careful in transporting passengers free of charge and informed passengers and drivers about their rights.
The Deputy Secretary General Fazıl Tamer, who gave important warnings about the driver and passenger communication, stated that they have increased the quality of transportation since the move to Belvan Kart.
