Last Step for Narlıdere Metro

Izmir Metropolitan Municipality will carry out the second phase of the tender process launched for the construction of the Fahrettin Altay-Narlıdere metro line on 30 March. In the tier 2, 9 companies or consortia, 25 of which are foreign companies, will present their financial offers.

Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, which signed a loan contract with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the Fahrettin Altay-Narlıdere metro line, which will be 7.2 kilometers long and will consist of 7 stations, has carried the process it has initiated for the construction tender to the final stage. In the tender, the first phase of which was held on January 9, 2018, where most consortia offered technical proposals from 15 organizations, came to the second phase. After the technical proposals submitted were evaluated by the tender commission, firms that would submit financial offers were determined at this stage. In the second tender to be held on March 30, 2018, 2 companies or consortia, including 9 foreign companies, will present their financial offers.
