In the section titled “Nursery and Child Care Center Fees” published in the Official Gazette of the Ministry of Finance published in the Official Gazette No. 19 dated January 2018, 30306, if the minimum monthly wages determined by the Communiqué are not sufficient, the institutions and organizations are authorized to determine the price above the determined fee. It is stated that. In Article 24 of the section titled Common Issues, all kinds of expenses of day care centers and nursing homes will be covered by their own income.
Since the fees charged are far from meeting the operating costs of the Nursery and Day Care Centers of our Enterprise; The monthly care fees of the children are valid as of February 2018, in line with the provisions of the “Communique on Public Social Facilities”.
a) Monthly maintenance fee for each child applied to the children of the enterprise, retirees and their spouses and children and their children.
b) 25 TL (excl. VAT), which is the 587,50 surplus of the tariffs determined for the staff of our company, per child, for the children of the other institution and organization and their pensioners and their spouses and children.
c) To the children of those who are excluded from (a) and (b), 50 TL (VAT excluded), which is the 705,00 surplus of the tariffs determined for the personnel of our Enterprise, is determined.
d) In the event that the same person has more than one child at the Day Nursery, a discount of% 20 for more than one child will be applied.
e) The same fee shall be charged for TCDD personnel for the staff of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications and their spouses and children of their children.
f) A monthly fee is collected in cash for the student who made a definite record in the day care center. No refund will be made if the student leaves the Hall during the month.
g) In case of need for maintenance, repair and renovation in the day care and day care houses, the nursery directorate will request a closure for maintenance and repair.
In the said Communiqué, since the operating expenses of the social facilities should not be contributed from the budget of the related institutions and organizations, all kinds of measures will be taken to cover the operating expenses of the Day Care Rooms of the Nursery and Day Care Centers and there will be no disruption to this issue.
In addition, the principles stated in the Communiqué shall be strictly observed. Priority in utilizing facilities; Our enterprise will be given to the children of the staff and retiree and their spouses and children.
