ARTICLE 1 - (1) The purpose of this Communiqué is to determine the principles relating to the basic food prices to be obtained from the officers and contracted personnel who will benefit from the lunch service in 2018.

ARTICLE 2 - (1) This Communiqué covers civil servants in public administrations, special budget administrations, public economic enterprises, revolving funds and other public administrations and contracted personnel within the scope of the general budget.

ARTICLE 3 - (1) This Communiqué is prepared based on the article 19 of the Civil Servants Food Aid Regulation, passed by the Council of Ministers Decree 11 / 1986 dated 86 / 11220 / 4.
Fees to be received
ARTICLE 4 - (1) In 2018, those who will benefit from the lunch service shall be charged a daily meal fee at least in accordance with the amounts specified in Annex 1.
