Change in Railway Vehicles Registration and Registration Regulation in the Official Gazette

In the Official Gazette of today, “Regulation on the Amendment of the Regulation on Registration and Registration of Railway Vehicles” was published.

In the regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 18 January 2018 and numbered 30305, it was stated that the paragraph (a) of the first paragraph of the article 16 of the Railway Vehicles Registration and Registry Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated July 2015, 29418 and numbered 11 was changed. It was also stated in the regulation that the regulation was the day it came into force and the provisions of the regulation will be executed by the Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications.

REGULATION REGARDING CHANGES IN REGISTRATION AND REGISTRATION OF RAILWAY VEHICLES

ARTICLE 1 - Sub-paragraph (a) of the first paragraph of Article 16 of the Regulation on Registration and Registration of Railway Vehicles published in the Official Gazette dated 7 / 2015 / 29418 and 11 is amended as follows.
”A) Change of owner,“

ARTICLE 2 - This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.

ARTICLE 3 - The provisions of this Regulation shall be executed by the Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications.
