In today's issue of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) staff Promotion and Change of Title Examination regulations was published.
PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE
In the issue of the Official Gazette dated December 25, 2017, a regulation regarding the Promotion of TCDD staff and the Change of Title was published. In the published regulation, the procedures and principles regarding the Promotion and Change of Title exam have been specified. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION TO GYS
ARTICLE 6 - (1) Appointments to Internal Auditor and Legal Counsel are not subject to promotion examinations. However, the following conditions shall be sought in the appointments for these titles, provided that they have at least the service life specified in subparagraph (B) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 68:
Candidates who will apply for the Promotion in the Position “Internal auditor; 1) To meet the conditions in the General Investment and Financing Program of the current year, b) Legal counsel; 1) They must have the terms of being a lawyer (Consultant lawyer) or have at least seven years of Legal service.
