Istanbul - Thessaloniki railway project can be completed in 2019

Bulgaria will also be offered

The parties decided to prepare a joint work program for the Istanbul-Thessaloniki railway line, which was to be launched first, and to sign a memorandum of understanding prior to the cooperation meeting to be held in February.

In addition, the parties agreed to consult with the country for the development of the Istanbul-Thessaloniki railway line and the inclusion of Bulgaria as a third party.
