Survey Result: Full Mark to İZDENİZ Company!

Renewing its fleet with modern ships, İZDENİZ A.Ş. received high marks in the satisfaction survey conducted with passengers. 83 percent of those who participated in the survey conducted with Dokuz Eylul University stated that they were satisfied with the service quality of the Metropolitan Municipality in maritime transportation.

İZDENİZ A.Ş., the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality's maritime transportation company, has increased its service quality with modern and environmentally friendly ships added to its fleet. This move was directly reflected in the satisfaction of the people of Izmir. The results of the last survey conducted with citizens who prefer sea travel in urban transportation were very positive for İZDENİZ. 56 percent of the passengers who participated in the survey conducted with Dokuz Eylul University evaluated the quality of the service provided as good and 27 percent as very good. Thus, the satisfaction rate of İzmir residents with İZDENİZ services reached 83 percent.

Izmir's ships are modern and safe

The positive effect of the carbon composite passenger ships put into use by the Metropolitan Municipality on the survey results was observed. It was also included in the 'opinions' section of the survey that the new ships had modern equipment and that İZDENİZ' firm had a more professional personnel structure and strengthened its corporate identity. In addition, it was determined that passengers who prefer İZDENİZ prefer sea transportation because it responds more to their expectations about reliability.

22 questioned

The survey was conducted by face-to-face interviews with passengers. 7 passengers traveling by 1038 scaffolding in Izmir with a ferryboat, catamaran and passenger engines in the survey conducted, 22 questioned the physical condition of the ships and the dimensions of reliability, personnel behavior, trust and empathy.

Four-quarters quality

Increasing passenger satisfaction rapidly, İZDENİZ switched to Integrated Management System and registered its quality transportation service with 2017 documents in April 4. İZDENİZ, which was entitled to receive the Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management 10002, Environmental Management System 14001 and Quality Management System 9001 certificates from TSE, became the first and only institution in the transportation service sector in Turkey to be entitled to switch to the Integrated Management System with its international IQ Net Certificate.
