İZDENİZ A.Ş., which has renewed its fleet with modern ships, received a le high score yol from the satisfaction survey with passengers. 83 of the participants of the survey carried out together with Dokuz Eylül University expressed that they are satisfied with the quality of service provided by the Metropolitan Municipality.

İZDENİZ A.Ş., the sea transportation company of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, increased its service quality with the modern and environmentally friendly ships it added to its fleet. This move was directly reflected in the satisfaction of the people of Izmir. The results of the last survey conducted with citizens who prefer sea travel in urban transportation were very positive for İZDENİZ. 56 percent of the passengers who participated in the survey conducted with Dokuz Eylül University rated the quality of the service provided as "good" and 27 percent as "very good". Thus, the satisfaction rate of İzmir residents with İZDENİZ services reached 83 percent.

Izmir's ships are modern and safe
