38 Company will compete for Narlıdere Metro

The international tender that İzmir Metropolitan Municipality will hold for the construction of the 7.2-kilometer F.Altay-Narlıdere Metro line created great excitement in the building sector. 4 companies, 38 of which are foreign, have purchased tender files. Due to the intense interest of the companies, the tender date announced as 20 December was postponed to 9 January.

Izmir Metropolitan Municipality is going to tender to increase the length of the line to 26 kilometers by reaching Izmir Metro from Fahrettin Altay to Narlıdere. The construction tender date announced as 20 December 2017 for the line that will be passed through the “deep tunnel” during the construction works to be adversely affected by the daily life was postponed to 9 January upon the demand received by the firms' intense interest. Two-stage tender

İzmir Metropolitan Municipality signed a loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the F.Altay - Narlıdere line, which will consist of 7.2 kilometers long 7 station, and completed the necessary procedures for the tender of the works and went on to announce the international tender.
