In the accident in Uşak, the train mowed the truck carrying the construction equipment at the level crossing.
According to the information received, when the locomotive, which is in the direction of İzmir from Afyonkarahisar, arrives at the crossing of the uncontrolled level at Güllüçam village, it crashed the truck with 03 RC 133 plates carrying the construction equipment under the administration of Recep Çelebi. Recep Çelebi, the driver of the truck, who was shattered by the impact of the crash, died at the scene.
Çelebi's body was taken to the morgue of Banaz State Hospital after the investigation of the prosecutor's office. Security forces launched an investigation into the accident.
