Republic of Turkey State Railways to be employed in the Directorate General of 18 / 3 / 2002 dated 2002 / 3975 Council of Ministers dated decision by promulgated the Public Quest to the First Time to do to be appointed Exams About General Regulations Annex 6 the basis of Article enacted in the Republic of Turkey According to the provisions of the Legal Consultancy and Attorneyship Examination and Appointment Regulation of the General Directorate of Railways, the Attorney will be appointed by the examination to be appointed to the position of (8) Attorney at Law.
The entrance exam will be held in Ankara on the date of 20.12.2017 (Human Resources Department). The oral exam will start at 09.30 and if not finished on the same day, the exam will be continued in the following days. Candidates who are eligible to take the oral exam on our website (http://www.tcdd.gov.tr/duyurular) and will be announced on the notice board. Candidates will not be held for further examination to the input document.

I- CONDITIONS FOR EXAMINATION
a) To carry the general conditions specified in the article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
b) To have obtained at least 2016 points in 3 Public Personnel Selection Examination KPSSP75 score type,
c) To be graduated from law faculties or higher education institutions whose equivalence is accepted by the Council of Higher Education,
ç) To have a lawyer's license as of the last day of the application date.
d) To carry the health conditions specified in the Health and Psychotechnical Directive of our enterprise. (Health and Psychotechnical Directive is in the legislation section of our website.)
e) The candidates who are eligible to be appointed as a result of the examination shall not request a change for a minimum period of 5. A declaration shall be taken.
II- DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION:
a) The application form to be obtained from the Human Resources Department or the website of the Initiative
b) an approved copy of the diploma or graduation certificate (approved sample of the diploma equivalence certificate of those who have completed their education abroad),
c) Three passport photographs,
ç) Computer output of KPSS result document,
d) Curriculum vitae,
e) A certified copy of the attorney's license.
The deadline for the application of the documents mentioned above is to be submitted to the Human Resources Department until the end of the work. These documents may be approved by the public institutions or TCDD organization where the applicant is located, provided that the original is submitted.
III- APPLICATION, PLACE, EVALUATION AND EXAMINATION SUBJECTS:
Each candidate can apply for only one of the workplaces.
The applications will end at the end of the 24 / 11 / 2017 date, starting from the date this publication is published. In order to be able to take the exam, the applicants must complete the exam application form in electronic form and then they must submit the above-mentioned documents in person or by letter to the Human Resources Department of TCDD, Anafartalar District Hipodrom Caddesi No: 3 Altindag / ANKARA. Delays in postings and applications not made within the period specified in the announcement shall not be taken into consideration.
Candidates who meet the requirements for application are called for five times the number of positions for each workplace to be assigned according to the order starting from the highest of the KPSSP3 points. According to KPSSP3 score type, the candidates who have the same score with the points received by the last candidate are called to the entrance examination. 2) Candidates in oral examination:
a) The level of knowledge about exam subjects,
b) Comprehending and summarizing a subject, ability to express and reasoning power,
c) Qualification, representation ability, suitability of behavior and reactions to the profession,
ç) Self-confidence, persuasiveness and credibility,
d) General ability and general culture,
e) Openness to scientific and technological developments
They are evaluated by giving their points separately. Candidates, 2 by the Examination Commission. Fifty points for the subparagraph (a) of the paragraph shall be evaluated for each of the features written in the other sub-sections and the scores shall be recorded separately. In order to be considered successful in the oral exam, the arithmetic average of the points given by the chairman and the members of the commission on a hundred points must be at least seventy. In case of equality of the arithmetic average of the exam scores, the candidate with the highest score of KPSSP3 is at the top.
IV- EXAM RESULTS AND APPEALS:
Candidates who get 100 and above scores from 70. Starting from the candidate with the highest number of points, the list of the winners and up to half of the substitute candidate names is determined by the number of positions for each workplace to be assigned.
The list of substitute candidates to be established in order of success is valid for six months from the announcement of the exam results. Candidates who are entitled to be appointed to the lawyer positions from the original list are assigned to the position of succession according to succession from the reserve list instead of those who have not started their duty for different reasons or who have been assigned for any reason.
The exam results are announced on the internet page of our enterprise and on the bulletin board. In addition, a written notification is given to the candidates who are the main candidates and the substitute candidates.
Candidates may object to the exam results in writing within ten days of the date of the announcement of the exam results. The objections shall be evaluated and finalized by the Examination Commission within seven working days at the latest and notified to the concerned parties in writing.
The test results of the entrance exam are deemed invalid and assignments are not accepted. It is canceled even if the assignments have been made. They cannot claim any rights. A criminal complaint is made to the Chief Public Prosecutor about these persons.
Those who are successful at the end of the entrance exam will not be assigned to those who do not submit the required documents within the period specified in the notification to be made.
