Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Yenikapı-İncirli-Sefaköy Metro Line began work. Yenikapı-İncirli-Sefaköy gave the start to the Metro Line. The next stage will be Sefaköy-Beylikdüzü signs for the metro line has already been prepared.
The 14-kilometer Yenikapı-İncirli-Sefaköy Metro Line is planned to be opened in 2020. When the highly anticipated metro line is opened, the transportation time between Yenikapı and İncirli will decrease to 21 minutes.
The metro stations of the line were also announced. Yenikapı, Kocamustafapaşa, Silivrikapı, Zeytinburnu, Osmaniye, İncirli, Adnan Kahveci, Siyavuşpaşa, Zafer Çobançeşme, Sefaköy stations will be on the line.
